I’ve been teaching Nepali professionally since 2014. Over the years, I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to work with students from more than 50 different countries, each one bringing their own story, culture, and curiosity. I used to tutor to middle school and high school students when I was in Nepal. I started off teaching Nepali in person, mostly working with travelers, expats, and anyone interested in learning the language here in Nepal. However, after the pandemic hit in 2019, I transitioned to online teaching, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Going online allowed me to connect with learners from across the globe, and opened up a whole new world of possibilities.

As a teacher, I am patient, friendly, and adaptable. I create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and growing at their own pace. I focus on communication skills, vocabulary building, grammar practice, and real-life conversation, depending on your goals. Whether you’re learning for travel, exams, work, or personal interest, I customize each lesson to meet your needs.

I am sure that you already know few words in Nepali, "namaste", "yoga", "Himalaya", "stupa", "yak"... Helping my students to learn Nepali is my main motivation. I have been teaching Nepali for 7 years and French for 12 years. I am a certified teacher with a master degree in teaching French as a foreign language. I am very patient with my students and believe that everyone learns at different pace. All my teaching methods suit my students' needs. Being once a student of French and English languages, I know what difficulties and challenges one faces while learning a new language.
